Matthieu intervenes in litigation in all areas of real estate and co-ownership law, as well as commercial, banking and financial disputes.
He also advises his clients on the management of their real estate assets (drafting and negotiation of all types of leases and management contracts) and on real estate investment and property development projects involving all types of assets (offices, retail, logistics, housing, serviced apartments, etc.).
At the same time, Matthieu has developed solid expertise in business acquisitions and disposals, particularly in the hospitality-catering and retail sectors.
Before joining Chatel as a partner, Matthieu worked for several years in large French and Anglo-Saxon law firms.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016, Matthieu holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in French and English Business law from the University of Paris-Sud XI and is a graduate of EDHEC Business School (2015). He speaks English fluently.
