Agathe specializes in banking law and corporate restructuring law.

She also works in business law, both in advisory (drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, transfer of business assets) and in litigation (collections, commercial leases...).

A lawyer with a Capa since 2025, Agathe joined Chatel at the end of her final internship at the firm.

Agathe holds a double degree and has a Master's in Business Law from the Université Catholique de Lille as well as a Master's in Management from the IESEG School of Management.

With several international experiences, Agathe speaks fluent English and German.
