Edouard Balsan

Edouard intervenes in acquisitions and disposals of companies, equity investments, investment or industrial joint-ventures, notably in the renewable energy, luxury, healthcare, and telecommunications sectors.

Before joining Chatel as a partner, Edouard previously worked at a renowned Parisian business law firm, where he developed solid experience in business litigation and contributed to the creation of the M&A department. This dual skill set allows him to support clients in a particularly pragmatic manner in each of these areas.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017, Edouard holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Business & Tax law from the University Aix-Marseille. He speaks English fluently.

Passionate about entrepreneurship, Edouard regularly runs a legal workshop on mergers & acquisitions at the CRA Association, which trains future managers in their takeover projects.
